Casebriefs for the casebook Property: A Contemporary Approach 5th Edition by Sprankling ISBN 9781684677177, 1684677173
We brief all the cases portrayed in the book and not the Notes cases. Study Partner has the best written case briefs. They consistently give you superior information about the case so if you are called on in class you will be just fine. There are four advantages to using our Study Partner Case Brief Books. They come GBC punched with covers that have no titles. They not only lie flat but you can easily take them to class as they have no commercial markings on the cover of any kind. Each case brief gives you the: NATURE OF THE CASE: FACTS: ISSUE: RULE OF LAW: HOLDING AND DECISION: LEGAL ANALYSIS:
A good number of the case briefs include excerpts from Dean’s Law Dictionary in the Legal Analysis. Those of you who are using Dean’s Law Dictionary already know that it is your #1 primary learning tool. Many of the case briefs have massive excerpts from Dean’s Law Dictionary explaining in part or in detail why the case is important. Study Partner briefs the entire case and not the edited version in the casebook. We cannot tell you how many times we see dissents left out of the casebooks because they explain everything you need to know about the case.
There are over 225 Case Brief titles.

There are a couple of other resources for this casebook that work decently. A lot of law students obviously know of several online resources that include some helpful videos about the cases as well, but these briefs go beyond that. Here, you’ll learn not just what the case says, but what your professor actually wants you to take away from the case as a whole. With these briefs, in conjunction with your casebooks, you won’t just learn what the law says, but how to actually apply the law.
I’ve used several different case briefs during law school, these are certainly the best. The briefs here go in-depth and really focus on the analysis and takeaways from the case, not just the holding and reasoning as other briefs unfortunately do. If you want to learn WHY you are actually reading a case and how the case plays into the law, not just what the case says, these are the best briefs you can use.
