    There are a couple of other resources for this casebook that work decently. A lot of law students obviously know of several online resources that include some helpful videos about the cases as well, but these briefs go beyond that. Here, you’ll learn not just what the case says, but what your professor actually wants you to take away from the case as a whole. With these briefs, in conjunction with your casebooks, you won’t just learn what the law says, but how to actually apply the law.

    I’ve used several different case briefs during law school, these are certainly the best. The briefs here go in-depth and really focus on the analysis and takeaways from the case, not just the holding and reasoning as other briefs unfortunately do. If you want to learn WHY you are actually reading a case and how the case plays into the law, not just what the case says, these are the best briefs you can use.
