Return Policy: All printed product sales are final; there are no returns allowed.If you want to see what you are purchasing you can get free trial periods on all our digital products which have the same content as the printed products. We give free sample periods for all our digital products and if you can’t figure out how to do that just call. If you need to see the content of any printed product prior to ordering all of them are in the digital products except the MP3 lectures.
If the product has arrived damaged in some fashion or has not arrived at all, please call 540-868-1708 and we will make arrangements to ship a replacement product. Any digital product that is not registered may be returned for a full credit less shipping and handling.
All software products require you to agree to our software licensing agreement before you can use the product.
Litigation and jurisdiction: This agreement will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Virginia. The sole location and place for jurisdiction of all disputes concerning this agreement will be Frederick County, Virginia and in no other place or location
